Follow-up to #1 for the wording note on the approve.

Wayland surfaces can carry alpha, and GTK_CSD=0 only disables GTK's default CSD (Tao still installs a custom titlebar). These flags are a compositor/WebKitGTK compatibility workaround: the effective behavior is decorations=false and transparent=false before window creation. They can be dropped when that stack handles Overlay CSD + acrylic.

Flag names and --disable-csd help are unchanged. --disable-transparency help no longer claims there is no Wayland alpha protocol.

No behavior change.

Wayland surfaces can carry alpha; GTK_CSD=0 only disables GTK's default
CSD. The flags rewrite decorations/transparent before window creation
and can be dropped when the stack handles Overlay CSD + acrylic.
